You can earn a $10 reward for every 250 points you earn!

You earn one point for every dollar spent on food, drinks and Gift Cards. This applies to purchases in the restaurant, and using our online ordering system.  When you earn a reward, it automatically loads onto your account so you don’t have to keep track of emails or certificates. Points are not acquirable on Banquet Bookings.

Points are being tracked digitally in your account. You must tell your server or bartender before cashing out your check in order to have your points added to your account. You can also accrue points on orders placed through out website’s Online Ordering when you sign in to your account.

No. Points will stay in your account until you redeem a reward. PLEASE NOTE: Once you redeem your reward, the points in excess of the reward redemption will reset

You can ask your server or bartender at your visit. Additionally, you will find your Point Balance printed on the bottom of your check.
Remotely: You can access your account with our online ordering system. You need to have an email address associated with your User Account to check your Point Balance. You can find your balance using this link and logging into your account with your email address.

Just let your server or bartender know when you’re ready to use your rewards and they can apply them to your check. You can also apply Rewards you’ve earned to your online orders using our Online Ordering system.

Unfortunately, no. Your points are assigned to your unique user, and cannot be transferred.

Unfortunately, the system allows only one user to collect points on a check. We are also unable to split checks on a table.

Rewards cannot be redeemed with 3rd Party delivery partners.

Some guests end up with more than one Loyalty Account so the points for their visits are being distributed to different accounts and it takes longer to earn rewards. You should only have one Loyalty User Account.  If you have been informed by an The Main Pub staff member that you have multiple accounts in the system, just email contact@mainpub.com so we can combine your accounts.

If you need to change any of your personal information, please email contact@mainpub.com and we will update your profile.

We must not have your current phone number on your Loyalty User account profile.  Please email contact@mainpub.com with your Name and the phone number/email address you’d like associated with your card so we can add it to your profile and everything will work.
