It's nice to know that you peeps have been booking more bands playing original music (i.e. Mighty Purple,Stanley Maxwell,etc.),instead of the usual glut of cover bands that anybody can see at any other watering hole in the greater Hartford area. Thanks. See you at a show.

Dear Glenn and Keith,

We both wanted to thank you again for the excellent job that you did for our rehearsal dinner.  Everything looked beautiful, the food and service were exceptional, (as usual) and all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves.  As a matter of fact they are still talking about it to this day.  It was a great relief during such a busy time for us to know that you both were in charge.  We would also like to thank Keith for the level of service that he gave not only us but also our guests that evening.  He went out of his way on more than one occasion to ensure that we had everything we needed.  Excellent job as always guys!  We will see you soon!

I can't tell you how much time we've wasted trying to get into one of the chain restaurants by the mall, I'm ashamed to admit it. The food's never great, the service is usually sub par and the menus are all the same and so predictable. Why don't we go to the Main Pub more often?

I don't know but I plan to start.

The Main Pub has NEVER let me down. The menu has variety; the food has presentation and taste and the staff - talkative and delightful (especially "Robert"). On a recent Saturday nght we went their with the teen-ager and, not easy to please, even he enjoyed the meal. The Main Pub's menu has something for everyone - from burgers and wraps to steaks and some very good Italian dishes.

In the fall and winter the candlelight and brick and wood structure really gives the restaurant a nice atmosphere and you can always get a warm bowl of soup or chili. Moderate prices and a full bar. We love it. The Main PUb is located at 306 Main St., in Manchester. -- "Hartford Women Online"

We had a very enjoyable evening at The Main Pub.  The food was excellent and the service was quite good,  very attentive and accommodating.  Considering the number of restless kids we had things worked out well.  We’ll definitely consider The Main for our future celebrations.

Thank you for everything Keith. The party was beyond all expectation.  It was a tremendous success and Kelly was so surprised.  As you know, your establishment is a Booska family meeting place and we look forward to our next function there.  Kelly’s family was very impressed with the service and quality of food.  We appreciate all that you have done for us and want to thank everyone including Jason and Margaret for going above and beyond for us, like you have.

 

It’s nice to have a local eatery where we are all on a first name basis.  Better than Cheers!
